Scientific visit of undergraduate students of 5th semester of Environmental Health Engineering to Ilam Gas Refinery

In order to improve the quality of the air pollution course, a scientific visit was made to the Ilam Gas Refinery on 15/1/2022 by undergraduate students of the 5th semester of Environmental Health Engineering, along with Dr. Adiban, the lecturer, and Mr. Nazari, the H.S.E expert of the refinery. In this visit, the students got acquainted with the emission and control of pollutants from the chimney of the sour gas desalination section of the refinery and the air pollution control site, as well as the sampling devices of the chimney. In addition, the wastewater and waste incineration plant for special wastes and industrial sludge was visited.
